Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions: 

a) The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it;

b) It must be in the original packaging;

c) You must have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

Items that are personalized, intimate (e.g., undergarments), or sanitary goods cannot be returned.

Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 (seven) days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
